When the root cause is the install, not the charger
Yes. If the root cause is an install or wiring issue rather than the charger itself, the report calls that out with photos so you can pursue the original installer or update the site.
The question
Will the repair report include what was wrong with the install?
What we look for
Wire gauge vs. charger draw, breaker sizing, GFCI/AFCI compatibility, conduit and weatherproofing on outdoor units, ground-fault path, and bonding at the panel.
What ends up in the report
The specific code or manufacturer-spec violation, photos of the issue, the recommended remediation, and an itemized quote for the remediation as a separate scope (so you can route it to the original installer if it's still under their warranty).
