Licensing and insurance on every electrical job

All electrical fixes are dispatched to licensed and insured electricians in your service area. The license number and insurance details are recorded on the repair report.

The question

Is electrical work performed by licensed electricians?

How vendors are vetted

Before an electrical vendor takes their first dispatch they upload their state or municipal license, their insurance certificate, and a W-9. We verify the license is active in the jurisdiction.

Insurance expiration is tracked — if a vendor's COI lapses, dispatch is paused until it's renewed.

What's recorded on the report

The technician's full name, license number and class, license jurisdiction, and insurance certificate ID. That information appears on the repair report you (and your tenants, if applicable) receive.

Permits and inspections

For permittable work the vendor pulls the permit, schedules the inspection, and uploads the signed-off inspection card to the request. The signed card is added to the property's permanent history.
