What's in your electrical repair report

Every electrical job ends with a repair report that includes the diagnosis, work performed, parts replaced, before/after photos, and the licensed electrician's details.

The question

Will I get a written report of the electrical repair?

Report contents

Diagnosis (root cause, not just the symptom), scope of work performed, parts and breakers replaced with manufacturer and ratings, before/after photos of the panel and affected fixtures, the licensed electrician's name and license number, and any code references that applied.

Where the report lives

On your secure request link, in the property's permanent service history, and as a downloadable PDF you can email to insurance or attach to a sale package.

When permits or inspections are involved

The signed inspection card and the permit close-out are added to the same report so all evidence of the work is in one place.
