Transferring service history when you sell or refinance

Exporting the report

From the property record in the owner portal, generate a PDF service-history report. It includes a chronological log of every request, the diagnosis and resolution, vendor and license info, parts replaced, and total spend per category.

You can scope the export to a date range, a service category, or a specific asset (e.g. only the EV chargers).

Handing the building to a new owner

On transfer of ownership, the property record is reassigned to the new owner's account. The full history continues to accumulate on the same record — no fresh start, no data loss.
