Adding a vendor
From admin settings you add a vendor with their trade, service area, license number, insurance details, and a primary phone or email. Vendors don't need to install anything — they receive structured work orders on whatever channel they prefer.
What the vendor receives
A structured work order with the property address, access notes, scope from the approved quote, the contact for on-site coordination, and a one-time link for uploading photos, notes, and the invoice.
Vendors can mark a job in progress, request more info, or complete and sign off — all through the same link, no app required.
Pricing transparency with your vendors
You can choose whether to show the vendor's quoted amount, a marked-up customer-facing amount, or both. The audit log records both numbers regardless, so reconciliation is clean at month end.
