What tenants can and cannot see
Tenants only ever see their own request through a single secure token link. They never see other tickets, internal notes, vendor markups, or any other tenant's data.
Do tenants see other tickets or vendor pricing?
Public token links
When a tenant opens a request, ServiceFixes generates a long, opaque public token. The link they receive (by SMS, email, or both) opens just that one request — no login, no portal, and no listing of other tenants' work.
Tokens can be revoked from admin if a tenant moves out or a link is shared in the wrong place.
What tenants do see
Status, ETA, the technician's first name and license type, the customer-facing scope of any quote, photos uploaded by them or by the technician, and the final repair report.
What tenants do not see
Internal triage notes, vendor invoice amounts, your markup, other requests on the same property, other tenants' contact info, audit logs, or any admin-only metadata.
