Filtering and drill-down
Filter the inbox or the requests list by property, by service category (electrical, camera/Wi-Fi, EV, IoT), by urgency, or by status. Click into any request to see the full timeline and audit log.
Monthly statements per property
Each property has a monthly statement view: spend by category, vendor mix, average time-to-resolution, and the asset-level history of capital equipment.
