The owner portal aggregates active requests, approvals waiting on you, payments, and reports across every property in your portfolio with filters by property, urgency, status, and category.

How do I see what's happening across multiple properties?

Portfolio overview

The portal home shows a roll-up: active requests by urgency, quotes awaiting your approval, payments processed in the period, and the latest finalized repair reports.

Filtering and drill-down

Filter the inbox or the requests list by property, by service category (electrical, camera/Wi-Fi, EV, IoT), by urgency, or by status. Click into any request to see the full timeline and audit log.

Monthly statements per property

Each property has a monthly statement view: spend by category, vendor mix, average time-to-resolution, and the asset-level history of capital equipment.
