Who do I contact if something goes wrong after the repair?

Your request link doesn't expire

Once a job is closed, the secure tracking link still opens the full record: who came out, what they did, what parts they used, and when. That same link is your contact channel for warranty or callback questions.

How callbacks are handled

If the same issue recurs within the warranty window for that work, opening a new request from the same link automatically attaches it to the original job and routes it back to the same vendor where possible.

If the original technician isn't available, the new tech sees the prior diagnosis and parts list before they arrive — no second diagnostic from scratch.
