Electrical problems we fix

Tripping breakers, dead outlets, flickering or failed lighting, panel and sub-panel work, wiring faults, GFCI/AFCI replacements, and general electrical diagnostics for homes and commercial buildings.

The question

What kinds of electrical problems do you fix?

Common residential calls

Tripping breakers (especially on appliance circuits), dead outlets, flickering or burned-out fixtures, GFCI outlets that won't reset, kitchen and bath circuits popping under load, and panel labeling and identification.

Common commercial calls

Sub-panel and feeder work, AFCI/GFCI compliance updates, dedicated circuits for new equipment, lighting controls, occupancy sensors, and tenant build-out coordination.

What to include in the request

The symptom (what's not working), where in the building, what was happening when it failed (e.g. ran the microwave and the dryer at the same time), and a photo of the panel or affected outlet if it's safe to take one.

Examples

  • A kitchen GFCI keeps tripping every time the dishwasher runs — a photo of the outlet and the panel is enough to dispatch the right tech.
  • A commercial tenant needs a new dedicated 20A circuit for a server rack — diagnosis confirms panel capacity before quoting.
