Servicing systems someone else installed

Yes. We service installations from prior vendors. We document what we find, repair what's broken, and leave a written report so you know exactly what was changed.

The question

Do you fix systems someone else installed?

How we approach an unfamiliar install

The diagnostic visit includes a system walk: where the gear is, how it's powered, how it's networked, and what credentials we'll need. The tech photographs the install and notes anything that looks non-standard or unsafe.

What we'll fix vs. what we'll flag

We'll repair the immediate failure on the same visit when possible. Anything outside that scope (bad cabling runs, undersized PoE, unsupported firmware) is flagged in the report with photos and a separate quote, so you choose what to address now vs. later.

Credentials and ownership

If the original installer holds admin credentials you don't have, we document that and include a path to recover ownership of your own system as part of the recommendations.
