Fastest path to a tech
If the device has an asset QR sticker, scan it — the request opens already attached to the right device, the right NVR, and the right network closet. Otherwise submit at /start with the building address and a photo of the affected device.
What we try before rolling a truck
For some failures (NVR reachable but a camera isn't, or a reader is online but not authenticating) the tech can do remote checks first and confirm whether the visit is needed at all.
What we bring on site
PoE injectors, common camera and reader replacements, a small switch, and a fluke for cable runs — the goal is one-visit resolution wherever the parts allow it.
